This form allows you to notify Nuvipil of your decision to withdraw from an order placed online. It is free of charge. You do not have to explain your decision or obtain prior authorization.

Before filling out the form

For an order of goods, the time limit is generally 14 days starting from the day after you or a person designated by you, other than the carrier, receive the goods. For multiple goods delivered separately, the time limit begins on the day after the receipt of the last good. Legal exceptions exist for certain categories of products.

Provide your order number and choose whether your declaration applies to the entire order or specific items. If you are withdrawing partially, specify the items concerned. Do not provide any reason.

3. Confirm your decision

Nuvipil uses your contact details and order references solely to process your withdrawal and send you the acknowledgment of receipt. This processing is necessary for the exercise of your rights and for the seller's legal obligations. See the privacy policy for information on retention periods and your rights regarding your data.

After sending your declaration

Nuvipil will send you an acknowledgment of receipt by email within a reasonable time. This acknowledgment will include the content of your declaration as well as the date and time of its submission. The screen displayed after sending the form does not replace this acknowledgment on a durable medium.

Things to know about withdrawal

  • This form does not require any reason and allows you to notify a total or partial withdrawal.
  • You may also exercise your right within the applicable time limit by any other unequivocal statement addressed to Nuvipil.
  • Notification is not conditional upon the prior return of the product. Nuvipil remains your point of contact, even if the product was shipped directly by a supplier.
  • The terms and costs of return as well as the refund are processed according to the law and the information provided at the time of your order.
